Booking, rescheduling and refunds

Reschedule a live session free with at least 12 hours' notice. Under 12 hours, the session counts as used.

I'll wait 15 minutes. After that the session counts as used.

I'll tell you as far ahead as I can and we'll reschedule. If we can't find a time that works for you, I'll refund it.

Writing feedback isn't refundable. The marking is done as soon as I receive your tasks, so there's nothing to return once it's underway.

Packages are refundable. Sessions you've already taken are charged at the single-session rate, and I refund the balance. The package price is a discount for booking the block, so it doesn't apply to a part-used package.

Credits expire six months from the day you buy them. That's comfortably past most test dates — but if yours is further out, buy closer to when you'll actually study.

The diagnostic is two pieces of work: the marking I do on your writing tasks before we meet, and the live session itself. The live session follows the rules above — reschedule free with 12 hours' notice, and I'll wait 15 minutes if you're late. Once you've sent your tasks, the marking is treated as underway and that part isn't refundable. If you cancel before you've sent your tasks, nothing has been done yet and I'll refund you in full.
